*Race Entry and Surcharge Policy

There is no on-site registration for NHARA or USSA memberships for ANYONE. All coaches, officials and competitors must have membership cards in-hand, or for USSA, must appear on the USSA website as a current member.

NHARA recommends specific surcharges if proper race entry procedures are not followed (see the NHARA Handbook). In addition to the published race fee, the following additional charges will be required to be paid by racers whose entries fall under the categories noted below:

Voucher without payment                                        $10

No-Show Racers:  The entry fee will be deposited unless the Race Organizer is contacted prior to 12:00 Noon the day before the race.
